How does the Canavape® rewards scheme work?
Our rewards scheme is really simple & offers you fantastic discounts and exclusive offers. All you have to do to receive reward points is register for an account when you checkout or before you shop. Make sure you login when you checkout and we will add 5% loyalty points to your account for you to redeem on future purchases. For example: If you spend £100 then next time you shop on the Canavape® website you will have £5.00 worth of loyalty points to use.
When can I expect my purchase to be delivered?
The easiest way to keep track of your parcel is to create a Canavape account to receive notifications on the delivery status of your items. Please note that, once your order is dispatched, we rely on the third-party services of our shipping partners, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to our partners’ infrastructure.
We operate a next day delivery service within the UK with APC Overnight, although delivery times may vary based on postcode and location. Delivery times are commonly between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Parcels are delivered with DHL, UPS or FedEx on a fast-tracked service for speedy delivery.
I already use a vape pen, should I buy another to use for CBD?
You can freely add our vape additive products to E-Liquid that’s 50:50 Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin, shaking well afterwards. However, it’s not advised that you add vape additive to any liquid that doesn’t have a 50:50 PG/VG split, as it can cause cloudiness (known as fallout).
Some of our Canavape products contain terpenes – a plant derived substance that has a different make-up to the food flavours that are usually in e-liquids. When the two different liquids meet, it is possible that they could separate. Because of this, we advise that you use a new tank or separate device before vaping CBD.
Are CBD products legal in the UK?
Yes, CBD products are legal in the UK. However, products that contain THC are not legal. In 2018, the World Anti-Doping Agency declared CBD legal in professional sport, meaning that athletes can also now take full advantage of the benefits of CBD. It also doesn’t show up on drug tests and there is currently no legislation around driving while taking CBD.
What is the best method of ingestion?
The best way to ingest CBD is through inhalation, as it enters the blood stream quickly, with fast-acting effects. If vaping isn’t your thing – don’t worry, a few drops of CBD oil under the tongue, capsules or edibles could be more suitable. For more information, read our blog on the best ways to take CBD oil.
Will it make me high?
None of our products contain THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis so these CBD oils and E-Liquids won’t get you high! To ensure that our products are free of contamination, each Canavape and ECS product carries a third-party Certificate of Analysis.
What are the benefits of CBD?
Although research is on-going, there have been studies into CBD that show it can provide pain relief and anti-inflammatory benefits. It has also shown to be able to reduce seizures in people with epilepsy and multiple sclerosis and can reduce anxiety and stress in many people. Early studies show it could also have the capacity to effectively combat rapid cell growth.
Does my vape pen come with a warranty?
Yes, all electronic items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and are non-returnable once opened.
How can I return an item I’ve purchased from canavape.co.uk?
If you want to return an item, you must contact us on the day you receive your tracked parcel by calling 0203 006 0798 and requesting a return, stating the reason why. You will then be assigned a returns reference number that you must include in the package in order to receive a refund.
Items may be returned to us, unopened and in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt. Unless damaged, items must be in resaleable condition. Items are to be returned at the expense of the customer, via a ‘signed for’ postal service, but if an item is faulty we may be able to refund the cost of your postage.
